Jonathan Green is one of the gamebook genre's central figures: author, pioneer and historian with a long list of critically acclaimed titles behind him. As the organizer of the British Sword and Sorcery Festival in London, he helps shape the gamebook culture, and his book Genfærdets hævn will be published at Fantasyfestival 2026. In this conversation with Danish gamebook author and Sword and Sorcery expert Morten Gottschalck, you will gain access to the primordial soup and power of gamebooks.
