# Lighthouse Burgers at Markedspladsen

At our stall you can get organic, homemade burgers from Fanø.

If a burger could taste of the North Sea, boyhood dreams and salt water, then our burgers did. They are Fanniks – just like us.

And that means you were born and raised on Fanø. Denmark's outpost to the west.

It all started with Kalle, Ralle and Moth. What started as a summer holiday project in 2019 has now become a full-time job with 3 stores and a food truck and event department under the name Lighthouse Burgers. The team behind Lighthouse Burgers focuses on diligence, effort and youth culture. An educational institution camouflaged as a workplace that, through the aforementioned values, delivers the product.

Eating a Lighthouse Burger is a special experience. A small moment. Umami, salt and sweetness wrapped in a fresh potato flour bun according to their own recipe.

Lighthouse Burgers uses meat from an organic farm north of Fanø called Varde Ådal.

The burgers are made with organic and homemade ingredients.

The ingredients are carefully considered and carefully handled. Nothing fancy, just good craftsmanship and a touch of who gives a fuck.
