Ohoy, landlubber! Let us shanghai you for a daring voyage through a sea of sailor tales, from Jason and Odysseus to Isle of Man and Pirates of the Caribbean. With genre film expert Nicolas Barbano at the helm, we set course across the genre-shattering maelstroms of fantasy and the dangerous cliffs of the subconscious, where foam spray, myths and pirate romance merge into heroism, danger and enchantment. The talk sets  sail on September 19, which is also International Talk Like a Pirate Day, arrr!
