For centuries we have celebrated the active and strong heroes. But are the traditional heroes really that cool when it comes down to it? Behind the visor and the self-confident morality, a terrible darkness can hide. In this entertaining and perhaps slightly provocative talk, Maria Månson will dissect and unmask some of our most celebrated fantasy heroes, who in hindsight are actually a bit of an asshole. No one is a saint – neither Odysseus nor Dumbledore!
