Defenders Detachment is an independent club, officially recognized by Disney/LFL, with members who all wear high-quality costumes from the Star Wars universe.
All our members are either currently or formerly employed in the police, military, or healthcare professions, and every member holds a clean child and criminal background check. The club is still fairly "new" here in Europe, but has been around since 2018. Now that the club is well established in the U.S., where it was "born", we’ve begun spreading awareness of it around the world. We hope to bring joy to many children and adults at the amazing festivals, cons, and events we have in Denmark.
The club is a purely charitable organization with no funds – meaning we don’t charge for attending events, whether it’s birthdays, conventions, or anything in between.
